Finality of Payments: Payments processed through the payment solutions are considered
final unless specific conditions apply.
Technical Errors: Refunds may be issued if a customer's card or bank account is charged
multiple times or excessively due to a technical error. The overpayment, minus applicable payment solutions fees, will be refunded.
Enrollment Issues: If a technical problem results in a charge, and the customer is not
successfully enrolled, the remaining balance, after deducting payment solutions fees, will be refunded.
Refund Requests: Customers requesting a refund must provide the original payment receipt
and transaction number. Submit refund requests in the specified format to veritysphereinnovationsprivate@gmail.com via email.
Processing and Approval: Upon receiving the online registration form, Veritysphere Pay
will process and validate refund claims within 2 days. Refunds, after approval, may take 5 to 7 business
days to reflect in the customer's account, subject to the policies of their bank.
Outstanding Payments: Veritysphere Pay will contact users or payees regarding any
outstanding payments for purchases and will facilitate the settlement of payments.
Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute between the payee and payer, Veritysphere Pay may
credit the account of the disputed payer if resolution is not achieved. Direct credit or debit from the
payee's account cannot be contested. Once a settlement is reached, funds will be handled according to
Veritysphere Pay's terms.
Chargeback Situations: In the event of a chargeback, where payment has already been
received, disputes will be settled according to the terms of the agreement. It is important for
customers and taxpayers to be aware of this process.
